The work assesses in these two communities, the awareness that participatory techniques produce to motivate them to continue using their platforms, revalue their cultural practices and to grow foods that complement the family diet. The data was collected at the end of the training day through the qualitative evaluation technique (rainbow) and a survey was applied during the activities to the families involved. Finally they installed organic vegetables in part of their platforms, incorporating them into their diet.
