Abstract
In this research we propose a reliable alternative to enhance literacy skills in children and young people, this research shows the preliminary results of the development and application of the tool called storybird that will allow for the creation and writing of poetry graphics in the different public and private institutions of Perú in accordance of the good practices promoted by the Ministry of Education of Perú, With the aim of fostering the interpretation of images and generate sustainable intellectual production, having as a pilot school to the educational institution 41008 Manuel Muñoz Najar (Arequipa)
