Abstract
Agility adaptability and alignment, (triple "A"), can be considered as dynamic capabilities, which generate competitive advantages for business. This study was conducted in textile microentrepreneurs of the Arequipa region of Peru, demonstrating that: adaptability / alignment are predictors of agility; adaptability is mediator of agility and adaptability / alignment do not moderate the agility. The best performance models are based on the joint implementation of adaptability / alignment. The study shows that resources, triple "A" processes directly relate to the triple "A" market.
