Abstract
In this article we analyze the elaboration and application of Learning Objects in real contexts of Regular Basic Education in Peru, for the Initial, Primary and Secondary levels. Four cases were analyzed using a quasi-experimental research design with a pretest and a posttest. Significant differences were obtained on the academic performance that was the dependent variable. The OADDIE methodology was used to implement the objects, and the HEODAR tool was used to evaluate the objects before their application. The metadata used correspond to those set out in previous works related to the design of a recommendation system based on the learning purpose. Although the repository has not yet been implemented, this first experience with objects under this design was satisfactory since positive differences were obtained between the pretest and the posttest. In addition, the possibility of acquiring learning from the use of these objects for the purpose of learning was improved.
