Abstract

When institutions grow structurally in a disjointed way, it is natural that non-homogeneous information systems are developed in the process, the same ones that can be automated by some software or treated manually, in any of the cases, these institutions are going to need to buy or build comprehensive and integrated systems to manage all your information, in this case the main problem for development teams is to understand the scope of the construction project; from a tangible point of view to understand and propose a software construction process, for which this article presents a simple model that contextualizes all the information handled by the institution by dependencies, in such a way that the origin and destination are traced. of the data and information, in a clear and simple way, in addition, the case of a university where the model was applied is presented.
