Abstract
This paper presents the energy performance analysis of a combustion vehicle converted to electric. Initially, a brief description of mechanical and electrical adaptations to make feasible the conversion is shown. At first, an energy analysis compares the energy consumption before and after the conversion. Another analysis evaluates the power losses in the inverter and CC-converter. Finally, it is possible to confirm based on the results that the conversion process is a good alternative in terms of energy efficiency and also cost optimization.
