Abstract
This paper analyzes the incidence of using educational video and cooperative work as didactic strategies (mediated by ICT) applied to teaching and learning processes of the Numerical Methods in the training of Systems Engineering students of the National University San Agustin. As support tools, MOODLE platform is used to host the virtual classroom of the subject and also a YouTube channel. We work with students enrolled in the subject Numerical Methods, who as a result of the experience perceive they have contributed to deepen the topics developed, the motivation has been increased and they have been given the opportunity to develop their creativity and capacity for expression. Within the results obtained, it was evident that the integration of these strategies improved learning results of the students and contributed to the development of the proposed competences. It was concluded that it's necessary to continue investigating other strategies and tools that can be used to improve the educational process.
