Resumen
This paper presents the development of a set of gadgets named Smart Mobility Kit (SMK), which aims to make the urban space inclusive for people with disabilities (or Disabled People-DP). In its first trial version, SMK presents an intuitive and low-cost solution and has two gadgets: a Smart Cap and a Smart Glove, both integrated across the data transmission layer and application layers. The functionalities developed for this Kit make it a convenient solution with a high level of usability by the DP, according to the tests performed. The SMK has been tested in the facilities of the National University of San Agustin de Arequipa (UNSA) in Peru, and it is the result of result of the Project entitled entitled "Testbed for Intelligent and Assistive Applications for UNSA Campuses".
