Resumen
The demands of today's society force educational institutions to transform their educational models towards student-centered models. Consequently, it is necessary for the teaching staff to acquire the knowledge and develop the necessary skills to design activities that consider the active construction of knowledge and at the same time favor the development of general and specific competencies and lifelong learning. It is possible to combine the potentialities and challenges of implementing an online course with the need to adapt the training process to the characteristics of the participant. An adaptive structure is proposed for a SPOC (Small Private On-line Course) aimed at training teachers in active teaching-learning methodologies. An applied research has been developed with a quantitative approach following the DBR (Design-Based-Research) methodology. The proposal has been validated by the judgment of 8 experts, the results show the favorable opinion of the experts towards the adaptive structure and the proposed activities. It is concluded that, through the activities developed in the different phases, a reflection was made on the evidence found and collected around the problem, to generate a proposal for an adaptive structure, based on instructional design principles.
