Resumen
In this article, a design of a photovoltaic system for the supply of electrical energy for the temporary centers of the Rural Political Movements taken as reference Cuenca-Ecuador and Arequipa-Peru, usually located in rural and urban marginal areas, is carried out. It was considered that at least about 80 centers would be interested in installing these systems for their operation and political mitigation where access to distribution networks would be difficult in times of sectional elections. The designed system will start functioning before each political campaign begins without the connection to the public network, guaranteeing the continuity of the service to the lighting systems and electronic campaign equipment. It is a very interesting purpose, since the National Electoral Council can contemplate within its items for acquisitions and charge the campaign fund by political movement. The simulations are carried out in different conditions using the matlab as an optimization and design tool to finally perform the tests in a center contemplating the maximum admissible loads.
